Using EchoQI
By using EchoQI you agree to these terms. EchoQI provides a conversational AI with multiple reasoning modes and creative tools. Responses are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use EchoQI for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes, or to generate content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Credits & subscriptions
Image and video generation uses credits. Subscription and credit prices are shown on the Plans & Credits page. Credits reserved for a failed generation are refunded automatically. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access through the end of your billing period.
No warranties
EchoQI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EchoQI's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months, or nothing for free use.
Changes
We may change or discontinue features over time. Planned features, such as EchoCode, are not guaranteed to be available until released. These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the last update.
